neutrals and pinks then go for that. If you


like hot pinks, or colors that really stand out


then go for those. Who cares what colors

light pinks and bright pinks are probably the best. I don't really like the black nail polish thing.
I love all the OPI products an polishes they are really pretty and fun and have hilariouse names.

The best thing about being a teen is that there are no nail polish rules. Have fun with it! You could do a french manicure with two bright shades. Just paint nails and then when they are completely dry use another color instead of white to do the tips. It helps if you have the tape things to guide you.
