No problem about red nails. Red nails can be pulled off in any season. Red lipstick.... I would say instead of matte lipstick, go for a cherry/raspberry gloss, or something with shimmer. But if you're really attached to your lipstick, instead of putting it straight on, make a blob of it in your hand, by rubbing the lipstick in circles. When enough product appears, use your finger to rub it on your lips. the look is still bold, but not as harsh for summer. It depends if you can work it cause, Its a very Dramatic look.


But I don't suggest this look during Summer! No matter what the event.


The look will be great in Fall, and especially Winter.

Red is always fine! It's the shade that counts. my personal opinion for summer is deep, true reds are better on people with olive or darker skin. Some fun colors for this summer are coral, bronze and really shimmery nudes!
Red is classic and is always in!





I really think anything goes. Just be yourself and go with any colors that you like or make you feel good.
