You definitely only want to use non-acetone nail polish remover - if only to remove the polish itself. You can buy fairly inexpensive bottles for generic brands. Try using a non-Acetone nail polish, The Acetone ruins the fake nails. Try not to get any under the nail because it might disolve some of the glue.
