dip your hands in HOT peppers... if you bite your nails use black nailpolish ... thats known to stop wanting to bite or even dirty green... and with the peppers get really hot sauce or hot peppers and dip your hand in it... that stays on your hand a lot and it will be hot when you attempt to bite...

1. stop putting them in your mouth
