Neon nail polish colors NOT from claires?

ok so i have these awesome neon nail polishes from claires, but they suck, you have to gunk em on just to get em 2 show, and they chip. and YES i put a topcoat on. so, where can i get good neon/bright shades of nail polish? thanks!Neon nail polish colors NOT from claires?

check out Sally Beauty Supply if you have one in your area, they have a huge supply of nail enamels i am sure you will find something there.





If you don't have a Sally's any beauty supply store will do.
I have the same polish. It sucks. Walmart stays on for me. The NYC brand
China Glaze!! They have amazing neon colours and built in strengtheners!
i saw some at charlotte ruse or however you spell it
Urban Outfitters or Forever 21. (it's the same brand like L.A. Nails or something) They have BRIIIGGHHT colors, I got this one lime green one from Urban. Its like alien-ish green and it's amazing.

my friend and i did secret santa and she surprised me w/ neon nail polish from 5 below and they r so cheap in price but rly good quality!
