I'm assuming that you have natural nails??? Cleanse your nails with alcohol prior to polishing. Use a lint free towel. Apply a good base coat. (Stickey by Creative is great!). Apply 2 coats of nail polish and a good top coat such as Seche Vite or Poshe. Apply a top coat every other day and remember to seal the tips of your nails with polish, this prevents chipping!

I've been told that if you hold your freshly painted nails over a hot flame for 20 seconds, they don't chip as easily! My wife says it works like a charm.
Buff your nails lightly with a file and swipe your nails with nail polish remover to remove oil from your nails before you apply the polish. (The polish will adhere to your nails better) Be sure to apply 2 light coats and finish with a clear coat.
put a couple coats of clear polish over your dry colored nail polish. works great...
an old wives tale suggests to dip your nails in icey water after they are freshly dried... although it was an old wives tale it has since been proven to work well!
Use a clear nail polish on top of it, that's made for anti-chipping.

they have stuff at walmart for a few dollars that's made just for that... it's called window chalk or something like that, it's with the auto care stuff :)

White shoe polish works but can be difficult to get off of black trim and other surfaces. They make specific ';markers'; made to write on windows and wash off without causing damage. This is what you see on car lots and store windows.
Deffinately do not use nail polish.
However, writing ';for sale'; on the windows has never brought me anything other than window shoppers. Everything I have ever sold has been through some sort of advertising on paper or internet.

I drank nail varnish remover as a toddle, and spent a good couple of days in hospital. Acetone poisoning is not cool and can kill! Very small amounts of nail varnish remover drank by an adult is not life threatening, but still not good. Acetone causes breathing problems.

Okay, so, I've have this bottle of nail polish for a while, there's still a lot in it, but its really sticky and kinda dry, so it's kinda hard to put on. If color remains, you may have to bring out the bigger guns and go to work using your muscle and a stiff brush. Depending on the strength of the jeans, scrubbing to remove the nail polish may do the trick.

Dry nail polish? How can I make it like, less stickier?
Okay, so, I've have this bottle of nail polish for a while, there's still a lot in it, but its really sticky and kinda dry, so it's kinda hard to put on. My friend's mom owns a nail salon where there's this liquid you can put in the nail polish bottle to make the nail polish in the bottle like, like dry? It was remover, right? Not actually nail polish? Wash them out, if possible. If not, you should at least get a damp rag and wipe them as well as you can and wash them as soon as possible. Attack the spot with a bit of acetone on a clean cloth. Try not to get too much on the jeans to prevent damage. Dab and blot to remove nail polish. Keep blotting until color no longer transfers to the cloth. Use as much acetone as necessary to keep removing the nail polish.
If color remains, you may have to bring out the bigger guns and go to work using your muscle and a stiff brush. Depending on the strength of the jeans, scrubbing to remove the nail polish may do the trick.

If you didn't clean the wound, it will probably get infected...
By ';cleaning the wound'; it is meant dosing it with soap and water...easy to dispense a squirt of liquid soap onto the wound (without touching the wound)...not so easy to maneuver your toe under water in the sink and run water on it...
Bowlers (people who go bowling) use a clear nail-polish type coat on a wound...to protect the wound and so as not to worry if the wound comes in contact with something it shouldn't...
As far as caring for the wound, applying nail polish remover to an older wound will sting more or less, depending whether the wound is fresh...
There are cans of things you can spray on it if you expose it...I prefer the analgesic type with antibacterial action...
The deeper the wound, the harder it is to achieve a true ';clean';ing...you'll know soon enough if the wound should've been left alone...and, the easiest way to open it up for a better ';clean';ing is to keep it soaked in warm water, e.g., taking a shower or bathing...I have an open wound right next to the nail on my toe, and I just put nail polish on. Right now I'm wearing bright orange, and before that I was wearing fuschia. Dark or bright colors are easy to pull off if your nails are short or long and well manicured. I saw a manicure done with lemon yellow nail polish, and it looked very good. I can't wear that to work, but if I could I'd definitely try it. You can also try a navy blue polish. It looks very sophisticated.

Right now I'm wearing bright orange, and before that I was wearing fuschia. Dark or bright colors are easy to pull off if your nails are short or long and well manicured. I saw a manicure done with lemon yellow nail polish, and it looked very good. I can't wear that to work, but if I could I'd definitely try it. You can also try a navy blue polish. It looks very sophisticated.

And if you dont find what color you are looking for, then try CVS, a flee market, Wal-mart, or Target, or a salon (but that would cost alot) The brand I use I think is called SinFull colors or something like that but it is worth $1.99 and that brand has the best colors! I get it at Wal-greens, It drys fast, it looks great, and it's cheep so that means its worth its buck!! I hope I helped!!

dark colors are definitely in this fall. try dark blues, dark purples, maroons, golds, etc. opi has a large variety of colors..their new Russian collection is awesome for fall. =] as for nail length, it is up to you! =]
PURPLES and PLUMS are going to be HOT this fall/winter. i have seen atleast 3 companies launch purples for the season's makeup and nail colors.
TEAL and NAVY are also big for nails right now, and RED is always good for the holidays. i especially love OPI's Vodka %26amp; Caviar for a perfect red for all skin tones.

the only 2 steps you should concentrate on ;
1st try to contact apple support and ask for solution if they charge you big enough to solve this problem then ditch it, there are 2 other cheap solution.
1. Get the notebooks body changed .
If it adjusts with your pocket if not then here is the cheapest solution.
2. find a Place where they buff CD's ( buffing of cds) ( google search it you will see what i am talking about) and get the web cam buffed it will smoothen the lens cover and will be fixed as new.
In case you cannot get a place where they buff Cds go to somehard ware carpenter guy where they do wood work , a jewellery store or a place where they make window , door or floor works these people have the same buffing and polishing device just as them to be a bit carefull and buff the camera port for like 3-8 seconds and really smooth.

yea i normally do it made mine thiner so i had to stop peeling my nail polish off and i know it is what basically everyone does when they are either pissed off or bored (well thats what i used to do) now i used nail polish remover and my nails are back to normal!

Yeah I heard that...I think its something to do with stripping natural minerals and the moisture from your nails. What with your skin,hair and nails all being the same kind of thing. I would recommend using a hydrating clear nail polish (from boots and other chemists!)) to apply after peeling nail polish off to look after you nails! Good luck! =P

Writing this as a professional in the business, you'd put your fake nails on first, then paint them. Are these tips or full nails that cover your whole nail plate?
If you paint them first, and then apply the fake nails to your fingers, you run the risk of ruining the polish with what ever adhesive you're using to glue them on with and sticking to yourself as well. If you're a pro at gluing on the nails, practice with the color on your natural nails first.
Always start color about and 1/8th of an inch from your cuticle. Don't paint all the way down to the skin. Practice a little on your fingers then take off with polish remover once you get the feel. Put on your fake nails and polish OR have someone else with a steady hand paint your nails.
If you're bad at coloring them while they're on, I would say go ahead and paint them first. You can just remove any polish that gets on your fingers before you put them on. Good luck!

Well first you need to get your ingrowns removed, or else they will start hurting and keep growing.
You can treat most ingrown toenails at home. Here's how:
Soak your feet. Do this for 15 to 20 minutes twice a day, using warm salt water (1 teaspoon of table salt per pint of water) or warm, soapy water. Soaking reduces swelling and relieves tenderness.
Give your nail some help. Put fresh bits of cotton under the ingrown edge after each soaking. This will help the nail eventually grow above the skin edge.
Use a topical antibiotic. Apply an antibiotic ointment and bandage the tender area.
Choose sensible footwear. Consider wearing open-toed shoes or sandals until your toe feels better.
Take pain relievers. If there's severe pain, take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) to relieve the pain until you can make an appointment with a podiatrist or dermatologist.
Check your feet. If you have diabetes, check your feet daily for signs of ingrown toenails or other foot problems.

No problem about red nails. Red nails can be pulled off in any season. Red lipstick.... I would say instead of matte lipstick, go for a cherry/raspberry gloss, or something with shimmer. But if you're really attached to your lipstick, instead of putting it straight on, make a blob of it in your hand, by rubbing the lipstick in circles. When enough product appears, use your finger to rub it on your lips. the look is still bold, but not as harsh for summer.
