I like matte nail polish! I'm not sure about the best brand for matte polish...
But you can buy a matte topcoat to put over any nail color to make it matte! (Sally hansen brand, or other drugstore brands have them.)
I am a nail tech and currently attending school we like OPI works very well. Its a lil on the expensive side tho. They have a wide variety of colors also.
