When you go to a Store that SELLS completely nail products and nothing else , it's ONLY $3 .Whats the maximum amount of money you would pay for an OPI nail polish?

i work in a department store, and i have never seen it priced any higher than $9.

they are very high quality but 5$ is the limit. if you r selling it or something make it 3 or 4$
i don't know about OPI, but i think it should be about 3-6.
